Plowshare Peak

On the western ridge of Mount Lu, Mount Hanyang and Mount Wulao stand opposite each other like two horns, with Plowshare Peak situated right between them. This horn-like peak, carved by Quaternary glaciers, resembles a sharp plowshare tilling the heavens. To the southeast of Hanpokou Ridge lies Taiyi Peak, beneath which is the well-known Taiyi Village.

Plowshare Peak is located on the peaks near Hanpokou, and is quite steep. Those who are timid or afraid of heights might want to skip climbing it. A short hike up allows you to see distant Mount Wulao, but going further ahead leads to a more off-the-beaten-path area, so few people continue climbing.
