The villa at No. 286 Zhongsi Road is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province.

The villa at No. 286 Zhongsi Road is located at No. 286 Zhongsi Road, East Valley, Guling, Mount Lu, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, China. It was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province in 2000.

The villa at No. 286 Zhongsi Road is the "former American Kocher-Northrup Villa," built in 1903 by an American missionary named Kocher-Northrup. In 1936, it was acquired by the office of the Ministry of Education of the Nationalist Government stationed on Mount Lu. During the 1961 Central Work Conference of the Communist Party of China, Deng Xiaoping resided here. In 1970, during the 2nd Plenary Session of the 9th CPC Central Committee, Dong Biwu lived here.

The villa is a single-story bungalow with an area of approximately 200 square meters and has a rectangular floor plan.
