Junzhai Mountain

Located 2 km west of Shamashan Mountain, it has an elevation of 1,103 m. The mountaintop is flat, covering about 10,000 m², surrounded by steep cliffs on all sides, with only one small path leading to the summit. There are several remnants of old houses, as well as daily tools such as stone mills and stone grinders. Legend has it that during the late Tang Dynasty, some rebel forces of the Huang Chao Uprising stayed on this mountain, hence the name “Junzhai Mountain” (Military Camp Mountain).
