Longhu Hall on Mount Sanqing

Longhu Hall is located on the eastern Longshou Mountain of Tianmen Peak in the Sanqing Palace scenic area. The hall is built in an ao-top style using dry-laid granite, forming a roofless structure enclosed by 20 small square stone pillars. It measures 6.25 meters in width, 7.15 meters in depth, 3.4 meters in height, and covers an area of 44.7 square meters. In front of the main hall is a stone archway-style gate, and inside the hall there are stone shrines on the left, center, and right, housing 21 stone-carved statues. Most of the statues are damaged. In front of the hall are stone carvings of a dragon and a tiger, hence the name Longhu (Dragon-Tiger) Hall. The entire structure was built without using a single drop of mortar, giving it a rustic and natural charm. It has since been renovated and is no longer as grand as its original scale.
