Lingtoushan Village

Situated at the northeastern foot of the Sanqing Mountain Scenic Area, Lingtoushan Village is a She ethnic minority settlement. Due to its status as a melting pot of diverse cultures, the She people here have long been assimilated into Han culture—their everyday clothing, food, and language are virtually indistinguishable from those of the Han people. Yet, it remains a village imbued with She cultural elements and is one of the rural tourism spots prioritized for development within the Sanqing Mountain Scenic Area. Some elderly villagers may still wear clothing that reflects traditional She ethnic features, but among the youth and children, these distinctions have completely faded. The elders here speak Mandarin so fluently that it’s almost unbelievable—a rarity in other ethnic minority scenic areas. Lingtoushan Village boasts fresh air, a picturesque village setting, and locally distinctive cuisine.
