Shangcheng Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Cheng’an County. Established as Shangcheng Township in 1953, reorganized as a commune in 1958, and upgraded to a town in 1984. In 1996, Langbao Township was merged into it. Located in the western part of the county, it covers an area of 72.1 square kilometers with a population of 54,000. The Cheng’an-Ma’head Highway and the Chaping-Linzhang Highway intersect here.
