Magang Ridge

Magang Ridge is located three kilometers east of the county town. On August 5, 1997, it was approved as a provincial-level forest park by the Provincial Forestry Department. The mountain is home to many plain pottery shards from the Shang and Zhou dynasties, features lush forests, and boasts a rich diversity of flora and fauna, including many species under national protection. In ancient times, there was the “Three Immortals Shrine” on the mountain, and today it houses the Ma’an Temple and the Taofen Pavilion. It is a distinctive tourist, summer retreat, and research park, and has now become an oxygen bar for local residents to exercise in the mornings and evenings.
