Yujiang County Carving Culture Demonstration Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Yujiang Carving Culture Demonstration Park is a national 3A-level tourist attraction and an officially designated international visitor site in Yingtan City.

Yujiang Carving Culture Demonstration Park is located in Yujiang County, Jiangxi Province — known as the “Home of Chinese Carving, Root Art, and Buddhist Blessings.” Established in 2009 and planned for completion within five years, it will develop into a carving culture industrial park focused on trading, tourism, exhibitions, academic research, and skill training, with main tourism products including carving handicrafts, rosewood furniture, and antique calligraphy and paintings. Key attractions in the park include the Carving Entrepreneurship Demonstration Street, the National Carving Art Expo Hall, and the Schistosomiasis Control Memorial Hall.

The Carving Entrepreneurship Demonstration Street is built along Dongjiao Road in Yujiang County. The street features a simple, antique-style design that reflects the charm of carving culture. The products sold include a variety of locally distinctive cultural and tourism items such as root art, stone art, wood carvings, Taoist souvenirs, and Buddhist items. The street is home to over 200 workshops, art supermarkets, and also includes supporting facilities such as a carving training school, a carving art exhibition hall, and a tourist reception center for the scenic area.

The Guoxi Carving Art Expo Hall is located north of Baita West Road in Yujiang County, covering an area of 30 mu with a construction area of 11,000 square meters. The expo hall was developed with substantial investment from Guoxi Group, a leading carving enterprise in the province. It serves as an art exchange venue in the county that showcases outstanding carving artworks through the years and possesses top-tier domestic convention and exhibition reception capabilities. The Schistosomiasis Control Memorial Hall covers a land area of 6,483 square meters and a construction area of 2,345 square meters. The main body of the memorial hall is 12.66 meters high, and the front porch is flanked by eight 11-meter-high square pillars, with relief patterns of “Spring Breeze and Willow” and “White Clouds and Flying Swallows” decorating the capitals. The exhibition halls are arranged around the inner courtyard, interconnected and comprising six sections: the Hall of Hardship, the Hall of Eradication, the Hall of Consolidation, the Willow Hall, and the Hall of Yujiang Celebrities.

In 2014, Yujiang’s carving industry received coverage by CCTV. Additionally, Yujiang Carving Culture Demonstration Park participated in the First China (Ganzhou) Furniture Industry Expo. During the expo, the booth of “China’s Hometown of Carving — Yujiang” attracted large crowds, drawing many merchants from across the country to stop, admire, and make purchases. Several works were awarded gold and silver prizes in the expo’s excellence selection.
