The Former Site of the Dahu Ping Reorganization is located in Huping Township, Le'an County. From May 7 to early July 1935, the First Front Army of the Red Army carried out an important military reorganization in areas such as Huping and Shanhe, known as the "Dahu Ping Reorganization." The Guobao Ancestral Hall and the adjacent drill ground served as the quarters and training field for the main forces of the Third Red Army Corps. Veteran proletarian revolutionaries such as Peng Dehuai, Xiao Ke, Zhang Zhen, and Jiang Weihan once stayed in this ancestral hall. Here, the First Front Army established the "Eastern Army" and held an Eastward Expedition Oath-Taking Assembly. Peng Dehuai, who was the overall commander of both the Third Red Army Corps and the Eastern Army, conveyed directives for the Eastward Expedition, such as “raising one million funds, advancing a thousand li,” and “planting the red flag in Fujian.” The political commissar of the First Front Army gave a mobilization speech at the assembly. Although the Dahu Ping Reorganization was influenced by the “Left” deviationist line, it remains a significant historical event in the history of the Party and the military. The ancestral hall is five-bay deep, 23 meters wide, and 90 meters deep, covering a total area of over 2,000 square meters. It stands alongside the Zongjiao Festival Ancestral Hall and the Zixiang Ancestral Hall in a row, originally built in the Xinxi year of the Qianlong reign (1741) and later renovated. In front of the ancestral hall stands a grand stone memorial archway and surrounding stone pillars (the archway was later destroyed during the Cultural Revolution, leaving only four Sumeru pedestals). An eight-character-shaped memorial wall encloses a rectangular courtyard around the ancestral hall, with the lower eaves of the wall decorated with four tiers of ruyi brackets. Two pairs of stone pillars stand in front of the ancestral hall entrance, supporting the rolled-canopy eaves. On either side of the gate are two tall stone lions, giving the structure a majestic presence. The first three bays feature a central hall with a precious wall serving as the front room, adorned with a caisson ceiling. The stone pillars support a wooden beam frame with through-tenon joints, and the spandrels are carved with motifs such as mythical turtles, phoenixes, and various flowers, all vividly rendered. In the middle lies a large square courtyard. Long corridors extend on both sides, with their doors adorned with carvings of various floral and geometric patterns. The fourth bay is a spacious worship hall with a five-beam raised-beam structure (four purlins), featuring thick beams and columns, with a rolled-canopy roof overhead. Two long corridors flank the front of the hall, separating the two chambers, with false mountain beam paintings on the walls. The rear section has two stone pillars standing upright.

The Shanhe Anxia Ancestral Hall was the residence of Commander Zhu and his wife Comrade Kang Keqing during the Dahu Ping Reorganization. This residence is now relatively well-preserved. The building is over 10 meters wide, 12 meters deep, and covers an area of more than 130 square meters. Chen Guilian, an elderly resident of the village, once lived and ate with Comrade Kang Keqing. According to her recollections, Commander Zhu often picked snails in the fields of Anxia Village and sometimes rested under the old camphor tree near the Qiu Family Ancestral Hall in Zhongcun, not far from Anxia.

The township covers a total area of 98 square kilometers, governs 10 village committees, 57 village groups, 87 natural villages, 4,306 households, and 18,160 people, including 17,289 agricultural residents and 871 non-agricultural residents.
