Built in the mid-to-late Qing Dynasty, it faces east and consists of two mansions (known as "Da Fu Di"), stretching 87 meters from east to west and 56 meters from north to south, covering an area of approximately 10 acres. The layout features a main hall with three sections and one corridor, flanked by side rooms connected to the main hall. There are over twenty courtyards, both large and small, and more than a hundred rooms. The halls are spacious and bright, with exquisitely carved wooden doors and windows. The beams and rafters are adorned with bas-reliefs in various vivid forms.

When viewed from the back, overlooking the western hills from the south, the ancient residence resembles a boat sailing southward toward the water — a rare sight in Nancheng County.
