The Wangfu Ancient City Scenic Area is located on the west bank of the Xujian River in Jianchang Town, Nancheng County. Covering an area of 700,000 square meters, the scenic area includes a Ming and Qing ancient city wall ruins park, an ancient shipping dock, a city protection dike landscape project, Magang Pedestrian Bridge, Xujian Corridor Bridge, and the Wangfuli Project.

Centered around the ancient culture of Jianchang and incorporating Huizhou architectural style, it highlights nine cultural and tourism themes: Opera Memory, Fitness Trail, Calligraphy Road, Xushui Dock, Morning Pavilion Gazing Homeward, Nancheng Bright Moon, Morning Gate Welcoming the Light, Rhino Gazing at the Moon, and Nancheng Spring Dawn. It is a scenic district that combines shopping, sightseeing, dining, entertainment, and more.
