Baima Farm is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Baima Farm is located in Baima Village, Nanmiao Township, Yuanzhou District, Yichun City, approximately ten kilometers from the urban area. It lies along the main road between Yichun and Anfu, offering very convenient transportation. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, the farm boasts lush forests, rolling hills, and scattered natural villages beneath them. It is a green ecological farm that offers idyllic suburban pastoral scenery and a rich rural atmosphere. Construction began at the end of 2002, and it officially opened for business in May 2004. Currently covering an area of over 500 acres, with a total investment of more than 30 million yuan, the farm produces 300,000 kilograms of fruit annually, as well as 100,000 kilograms of pigs, chickens, and fish. It generates over 600,000 yuan in tax revenue, receives more than 150,000 visitors per year, and has absorbed a large number of local laborers (over 400 people successively), benefiting more than 300 farming households. It has also employed 150 laid-off workers, serving as a reemployment base for laid-off workers in Yuanzhou District, Yichun City.

Project Features: Fruit and vegetable picking, farmhouse banquets (all ingredients are farm-produced and homemade), bonfire parties. Activities such as crayfish fishing, soft-shell turtle fishing, making rice cakes, grinding soy milk, walking on stilts, and spinning tops carry strong local folk flavors and are very popular with visitors.

The farm is divided into five areas: a demonstration area for growing farmhouse vegetables, a demonstration area for fruit cultivation, a demonstration area for breeding special poultry and livestock, a leisure dining area, and an entertainment activity area:

(1) Demonstration Area for Growing Farmhouse Vegetables: Covers an area of about 15 acres. Throughout the year, you can pick a variety of seasonal vegetables and wild greens.

(2) Demonstration Area for Fruit Cultivation: Covers an area of about 152 acres. The farm grows more than ten kinds of fruits including cherries, loquats, and bayberries. Here, you can not only enjoy regional specialties but also savor seasonal flavors.

(3) Demonstration Area for Breeding Special Poultry and Livestock: The demonstration area carefully raises various types of edible poultry and livestock, ensuring you eat happily and with peace of mind.

(4) Leisure Dining Area: Can accommodate more than 1,000 diners at once. Visitors to Baima Farm often choose to stay and enjoy an authentic, distinctive farmhouse meal before leaving after picking fruits and vegetables.

(5) Entertainment Activity Area: Covers an area of about 82 acres. Activities include fishing, boating, playing on seesaws, grinding soy milk, making rice cakes, table tennis, billiards, barbecues, and bonfire parties—offering a rich and varied program selection.

Nanmiao Town: The Martial Arts Hometown of China — Nanmiao Township

Nanmiao Township is located in the southern suburbs of Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. Historical records indicate there were many temples here, hence the name Nanmiao (meaning “South Temple”). It is 12 kilometers from the city, bordered by Xinfang Township to the east, Hutian Township to the west, and the famous Mingyue Mountain Scenic Area to the south. It serves as the southern gateway to Yuanzhou District, Yichun City. The township governs 11 administrative villages, with a total population of 20,000, of which 5,000 live in the town center. The township covers a land area of 79 square kilometers, with 21,000 acres of arable land and 4,500 hectares of forest. As early as the 1970s, Nanmiao was established as a national commercial grain production base. In the 1980s, it was among the first to be designated as a national martial arts hometown.
