Yuan Mountain Park

Yuan Mountain Park is located in the urban area of Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. It is named after the Greater and Lesser Yuan Mountains, covering a total area of nearly 100 hectares. The forested mountain area spans approximately 40 hectares, and the water surface covers about 15 hectares. The park's planning and construction follow the overall concept of highlighting natural ecological features, reflecting historical and cultural heritage, and meeting the leisure and entertainment needs of people at different levels. It has been developed into a comprehensive urban central park that boasts beautiful natural scenery, high cultural taste, and distinctive individuality. The park features natural ecological scenic areas such as the Hundred Flowers Garden, Rare Plants Garden, Aquatic Plants Garden, Zoo, Bird Forest, Sightseeing Orchard, Buddhist Sound Waterfall, and Flower Terrace Cascades. It also includes historical and cultural landscape zones such as the Scenic Viewing Pavilion, Wenlan Pavilion, Qingfeng Pavilion, Songfeng Pavilion, Historical Square, Celebrity Thatched Cottage, Back-to-Nature Residence, as well as a Stele Forest and stone carvings. Leisure and entertainment areas consist of a Children’s Playground, Happy Square, Music Garden, rock climbing facilities, and the Longevity Garden.

The southern part of the park includes the Chinese Zodiac Garden, Fitness Square, and Historical Square; the northern part features projects such as the Changli Square, Changli Pavilion, Five-Dragon Ball, Five-Pavilion Bridge, Five-Arch Bridge, Wu Youxun Square, and European-style Corridor. Mountain attractions include the Number One Scholar Pavilion, Cloud Maiden Pavilion, Partridge Pavilion, Changli Pavilion, as well as a 3,000-meter walking trail and landscaped gardens in key areas.
