Former Site of the Military Meeting of the First Front Red Army

The Former Site of the Military Meeting of the First Front Red Army is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province.

The Former Site of the Military Meeting of the First Front Red Army (Changli Academy) is located within Yichun No. 4 Middle School, at Shazi Lane, Kaopeng Neighborhood Committee, Yuanzhou District, Yichun City. It neighbors Yichun Terrace to the west, Shazi Lane to the east, Zhongshan Middle Road to the north, and Dongfeng Avenue to the south. Changli Academy has been designated as a patriotic education base for youth and a teaching and research base for the museum of Nanchang University.

It was listed as a cultural relic protection unit of Yichun City in 1984. The renovation was completed in 2015. In 2018, it was announced as part of the sixth batch of provincial-level cultural relic protection units. Changli Academy provides valuable physical materials for the study of ancient Chinese academy culture and architecture.
