Located in Jinjiang Township, Xiajiang County, it covers an area of 350 acres, including 210 acres of water and 140 acres of woodland. The manor is built around a reservoir and the surrounding forested hills, forming an agricultural ecological scenic area with strong rural characteristics that integrates dining, accommodation, leisure, vacation, and tourism. Based on ecological principles, a multi-level, three-dimensional development model has been established: “fish farming in the water, duck raising on the water surface, fruit planting on the hillsides, grain cultivation near the reservoir, sightseeing in the park, and vacationing at the manor.” The manor offers distinctive activities such as leisure vacations, fishing in the blue lake, nature sightseeing, fruit picking, recreational fitness, and sampling local farmhouse snacks. It has also vigorously developed specialty breeding. In 2007, the manor was rated as a three-star farmhouse inn, and in 2010, it was recognized as a provincial-level rural tourism demonstration site.
