The Site of the Renhe Meeting of the Third Red Army Corps is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province.

The former site of the Renhe Meeting of the Third Red Army Corps covers an area of approximately 600 square meters and is one of the few red heritage sites in Xiajiang County. In 1930, the Third Red Army Corps, presided over by Peng Dehuai, held a meeting here for officers at the regimental level and above, during which the decision to cross the Gan River eastward was made. This meeting overcame localism, prevented the fragmentation of the main forces of the Red Army, and thereby strengthened the unity and cohesion between the First and Third Corps. It laid a solid ideological and military foundation for the great victory in the first counter-“encirclement and suppression” campaign.
