Jinggangshan Agricultural Science and Technology Park

The Jinggangshan Agricultural Science and Technology Park is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

I. General Information

The Jinggangshan Agricultural Science and Technology Park is located in Xingqiao Town, Jizhou District, Ji’an City, just 3 kilometers from the southern new urban area and easily accessible by transportation. Currently covering an area of over 6,000 acres, the park mainly focuses on key agricultural industries such as Jinggang honey pomelo, flowers and bamboo, green vegetables, and tea. It includes high-end connected greenhouses, breeding programs for Jinggang honey pomelo, specialty fruit industry, flower seedlings, vegetable seed breeding and facility cultivation, rare plant gardens, sightseeing tea plantation bases, and dairy cow farming. It has been successively recognized as a National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, a National Youth Agricultural Science Popularization Demonstration Base, a Four-Star Leisure Agriculture Demonstration Park awarded by the Ministry of Agriculture, and a Jiangxi Provincial Leisure Agriculture Demonstration Site.

II. Main Features

The park integrates agricultural research, specialized planting and breeding, sightseeing tourism, pastoral vacationing, and leisure entertainment. Known as an “elegant, graceful, and refined garden-style” agricultural science and technology park, it remains lush year-round and fragrant in all seasons, making it a great destination for leisure and sightseeing among local residents.

Vegetable and fruit picking, demonstrations of new vegetable cultivation models, appreciation of flowers and seedlings, tea-picking and tea-making experiences, farming activities, fishing, and more.

IV. Local Specialties

Jinggang honey pomelo, organic asparagus, green vegetables, camellia oil, Taiwanese pitaya, golden tea, Phalaenopsis orchids, potted plants, and more.

V. Directions

Within Ji’an City, take Bus No. 203 from People’s Square; for self-driving, exit at the Ji’an South Highway Exit of the Gan-Guangdong Expressway and drive 2 kilometers toward Anfu.
