I. General Information: The Luopu Reclamation Farm Leisure Agriculture Sightseeing Park in Yongfeng County is located beside Yongji Highway (also known as Provincial Highway 318), 10 kilometers from the county town and 45 kilometers from Ji’an City. The Fuzhou–Ji’an Expressway runs through the area, providing convenient transportation. The Luopu Leisure Agriculture Sightseeing Park organically combines science and technology agriculture, leisure agriculture, and sightseeing agriculture. Guided by technological innovation and adhering to the development principle that science and technology are the primary productive forces, it promotes the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, maximizing ecological, social, and economic benefits. The sightseeing park adopts a new model that integrates modern agriculture with production, science education, leisure, training, and experience, becoming a destination for tourism, agricultural knowledge enrichment, agricultural experience exchange, participation in farming activities, enjoyment of agricultural produce, rural leisure and fitness, and a model for in-depth agricultural development. The Luopu Leisure Agriculture Sightseeing Park strictly follows planning and design requirements, adhering to the principle of “planning, constructing, and opening simultaneously.” The entire park is divided into “four zones, two gardens, and one center,” namely: the Premium Agricultural Exhibition Zone, New Rural Demonstration Zone, Fishing and Leisure Zone, Specialty White Tea Zone, Specialty Flower and Fruit Garden, Huifeng Agricultural Science and Technology Park, and Tourist Service Center.

II. Main Features: First is Jiangxi Chunhui Organic White Tea. Established in October 2006, it integrates tea picking, on-site tea frying, leisure, processing, sales, and research. Second is Huifeng Agricultural Science and Technology. With an investment of 150 million yuan and covering an area of 180 acres, it has built 60,000 square meters of functional smart greenhouses, forming a modern large-scale seedling industry center capable of monoculture on 50,000 acres and intercropping on 100,000 acres, serving as a base for tourists to view and pick vegetables. Third is the Jinggang Honey Pomelo Industrial Park. It has developed a contiguous 1,000-acre “Jinggang Honey Pomelo” base and also mobilized the public to plant Jinggang Honey Pomelo in front of and behind houses, courtyards, idle land along roadsides, wasteland, and their own woodlands. Jinggang Honey Pomelo has become a great spot for tourists to experience picking and a “money tree” for Luopu farmers. Fourth is the Specialty Flower and Fruit Garden Industry: Concentrated cultivation includes 50 acres of chrysanthemums, 100 acres of specialty orchards (early red peaches, red blenheim apricots, extra early Wenzhou honey tangerines, etc.), 150 acres of hybrid chestnuts, and 1,000 acres of strawberries. The Green Health Family Farm and Special Fruits and Vegetables Professional Cooperative have been established to carefully create a fruit-picking garden. Taking advantage of the peak seasons for various seasonal fruits, activities such as fruit tasting and fruit product exhibitions are held, and series of activities such as “Fruit Picking Experience Tours” are carefully launched. Fifth is Leisure Fishing. The park integrates four existing reservoirs and 14 large and small ponds, stocks them with specialty fish species, plants landscape trees such as weeping willows around them, sets up benches, installs shading facilities, purchases pleasure boats and speedboats, and builds a water recreation and leisure area. Entertainment activities such as painted pleasure boat cruises, dragon boat rides, speedboat trips, self-drive motorcycles, and fishing are offered.

III. Service Offerings: Depending on the season, visitors can pick different white teas, vegetables, and fruits, and enjoy farmhouse experiences. The strawberry picking garden charges a 20-yuan admission fee; other attractions currently do not charge admission.

IV. Local Specialties: Xuezi Chun White Tea, Jinggang Honey Pomelo, specialty vegetables, strawberries, early red peaches, red blenheim apricots, extra early Wenzhou honey tangerines, chestnuts, and more.

V. Travel Route: Exit the Fuzhou–Ji’an Expressway at the Wujiang Station and drive 2.5 kilometers toward Yongfeng County Town, or it is 10 kilometers from Yongfeng County Town in the direction of Ji’an City.
