Colorful Ecological Park is situated beside Qingdong Highway in the Qingyuan Administrative Center of Ji'an City, at a key transportation hub between Qingyuan Mountain Scenic Area and Meibei Ancient Village. It is only 1.5 kilometers from Ji'an Railway Station, making it easily accessible and strategically located. The park spans a planned area of 100 mu, including around 95 mu dedicated to nursery plants and roughly 5 mu for the farmhouse. It functions as a garden-style exhibition and trade leisure experience park primarily focused on cultivating and selling various ornamental plants and flowers, combined with a farmhouse experience. In 2014, it was recognized as a provincial-level leisure agriculture demonstration site, as well as a provincial forestry demonstration site.

The park features extensive nursery bases, cultivating one million plants, predominantly camphor trees, osmanthus trees, Elaeocarpus decipiens, cherry blossoms, red-leaf photinia balls, small-leaved privet balls, and golden-edged euonymus. These green spaces provide a natural oxygen bar for the city and offer visitors a unique experience at the farmhouse.

The farmhouse built within the ecological park is uniquely distinctive, with all structures primarily made of wood, adding another highlight to the park. Features include an antique-style wooden farmhouse reception hall, individual antique-style wooden cottages, connected antique-style wooden corridors, hexagonal antique pavilions, brick-and-wood cottages, wooden kitchens, and landscape signs. The park also offers a small garden, landscape ornament area, premium arboreal section, rock display area, leisure zone, and seedling cultivation experience area for visitors to explore and enjoy.

In addition to the wooden architecture and diverse landscape zones, the park grows a variety of self-cultivated vegetables and fruits, available for visitors to choose from for meals or to pick themselves—offering a hands-on taste of pastoral scenery and rural charm.

Guided by the development philosophy of creating a garden-style park and a park-style farmhouse, the park closely integrates the cultivation of ornamental nursery plants with the development of the farmhouse experience. Visitors can enjoy the beauty of nature-formed gardens while immersing themselves in the rustic ambiance of the countryside, delivering a brand-new journey into nature.
