The Former Site of the Fourth Provincial Soviet Congress in Futian Poxia Village (including the Former Site of the Fourth Provincial Soviet Congress, the Magpie Nesting Archway, the Granary, and Red Army Slogans) is located in Futian Poxia Village, Qingyuan District. In March 2018, it was designated as part of the sixth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units in Jiangxi Province.

Futian Town in Qingyuan District is located in the hometown of national hero Wen Tianxiang, on the banks of the Fushui River, and is 56 km from downtown Ji’an, within the half-hour economic circle. The town covers an area of 216 square kilometers and borders Taihe, Jishui, and Yongfeng counties. It has abundant electricity, convenient transportation, and an extensive communication network. The Baiyun Mountain Hydropower Station is located in the town, with an annual power generation capacity of 80 million kilowatt-hours.
