Doushui Lake Drifting Park is situated within the provincial-level scenic area of Doushui Lake. It is a comprehensive water park characterized by aquatic scenery and water-based activities, developed under government leadership and invested in by Jiangxi Yuanhe Eco-Tourism Development Co., Ltd. Spanning 5,000 square meters, the park draws on natural water from Doushui Lake and builds a water recreation center outside the main dam of the reservoir. Its primary functions include swimming and fitness, water entertainment, and leisure activities. Differentiated from large-scale water parks, it features a natural ecological setting and relies on the evergreen Tieshan Pass to become an important functional unit within the Doushui Lake Scenic Area and a natural, rustic, and ecological water leisure and recreational hub influencing the Pearl River Delta region. It also serves as an eco-water village for Ganzhou City.

Doushui Town: Doushui Town is located in the southwestern part of Shangyou County, 21 kilometers from the county seat. The town covers an area of 47 square kilometers, including 2,185 acres of cultivated land. It administers one neighborhood committee, four administrative villages, 56 village groups, and has a total population of 5,233, including 1,724 non-agricultural residents. The area hosts provincial-level enterprises and institutions such as the Shangyou River Hydropower Plant, the municipal-level Youjiang Forest Farm, and the Gannan Arboretum. It also includes the national-level scenic area — Doushui Lake Park. With its lush mountains and clear waters, the area boasts pleasant scenery and is a golden destination for green tourism in Ganzhou City.
