Located in Pan Dun Village, Chengmen Town, Cangshan District, oriented 7 degrees northeast. It features a screen wall at the front, with entrances on both sides. Inside the temple, there is a courtyard, a main hall, and a double-sloped roof with fireproofing walls. The main hall employs a mixed timber frame structure of raised beams and interlocking brackets, spanning three bays in width and five pillars in depth. The temple primarily enshrines Wen Tianxiang, with a horizontal plaque inscribed with the "Song of Righteousness" hanging above. The caisson ceiling features an octagonal Phoenix Pond in the center, with an Oval-shaped Double Fish Pond on the left and an Oval-shaped Double Crane Pond on the right.

This temple is the only Wen Tianxiang temple in the Fuzhou area, providing tangible reference for understanding and studying local religious culture and temple architecture.

It was designated as a district-level cultural heritage site in April 1995.

Pan Dun Village: Pan Dun Village is located along the southern riverbank of Nantai Island, adjacent to the Gaishan Investment Zone to the left and the highway to the right, with well-connected roadways. The International Exhibition and Convention Center and the Sheraton International Hotel are situated within its jurisdiction. In recent years of demolition and construction, the area has undergone rapid transformation and is set to become a large-scale administrative center integrating commerce and office spaces. The village currently has 1,265 households, a population of 4,400, and 2,917 laborers. In 2012, the total rural economic income was 269.18 million yuan, with village fiscal revenue of 1.2021 million yuan.
