III. Event Categories:Professional Men's Group, Professional Women's Group; Open Men's Group, Open Women's Group.
1. Professional Groups: Comprised of 32 teams invited from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and other provinces and municipalities (non-Fujian regions on the mainland).
2. Open Groups: Comprised of 68 teams invited and organized from Fujian region.
IV. Competition Events:
1. Individual Race: Participated in by both Professional and Open Groups.
2. 100-meter Sprint: Participated in by the Professional Group.
V. Participation Method:
1. Participants must be aged 16–60 years old and in good health.
2. Each team may register one team leader or coach and four members (2 male, 2 female).
3. Those with health conditions that are not suitable (e.g., hypertension, heart disease, cerebrovascular diseases, etc.) are not allowed to participate; participants who conceal their medical conditions and insist on joining despite being unsuited for strenuous activity will be responsible for any consequences.
4. Special Note: Upon registration, copies of corresponding identity documents must be submitted for insurance purchase by the organizers, and the "Health Waiver" statement must be filled out.
VI. Ranking and Awards:
1. Individual Race: The top eight male and female participants in the Professional Groups, and the top sixteen male and female participants in the Open Groups will be awarded certificates, trophies, and prizes.
2. 100-meter Sprint: The top eight male and female participants in the Professional Groups will be awarded certificates, trophies, and prizes.

(3) Send the completed and stamped registration form by fax to the organizing committee (fax number: +086 591-87728859), and email the electronic version of the form to:649492479@qq.com.
(4) When registering, please fill in the form with your arrival time, mode of transportation, departure time, and method, to facilitate arrangements by the organizing committee.
2. Registration time: July 26, 2013, from 9:00 to 18:00; only same-day arrivals will be accepted. All expenses incurred by early arrivals or those who stay beyond the event period will be borne by the participants themselves.
3. Pickup location: Entrance of Fuzhou Apollo Hotel (airport shuttle bus pick-up point) or Fuzhou South Railway Station (train station pick-up point). Participants should contact the organizers in advance to arrange pickups before confirming their travel plans.
4. Departure: The organizing committee will make corresponding arrangements based on the departure plans submitted in the registration forms.
IX. Fees:
1. Registration and accommodation fees: The organizing committee will cover the accommodation and food expenses for four team members and one team leader or coach from each professional team during the event, which will be arranged uniformly by the committee. Any other expenses will be borne by the participants or their respective organizations.
2. Transportation fees: Participants are responsible for their own round-trip transportation costs. If you need the organizing committee to purchase return tickets, please indicate this on the registration form and contact the committee in advance.
3. Deposit:
1) Professional group: A deposit of 500 RMB per team for the electronic punching card and room key will be collected. This deposit will be refunded upon returning the room key and electronic punching card after the event; any loss will incur compensation as per regulations.
2) Open group: A deposit of 100 RMB per team for the electronic punching card is required upon registration; this deposit will not be refunded if the event is not attended or if the punching card is lost.
