Located in Pando Village, Chengmen Town, Cangshan District, adjacent to the Pando Ancestral Hall, it was originally dedicated to the White Horse King and also enshrines various officials who resisted the Yuan Dynasty during the Southern Song Dynasty. Covering an area of approximately 600 square meters, the temple faces 2 degrees northeast. It consists of a stage, courtyard, turtle-back pavilion, Heroic Martyrs Hall, Mercy Ferry Nunnery, and Accumulated Goodness Hall. The Heroic Martyrs Hall features fireproof gables and a double-sloped roof, with a width of three bays and a depth of five columns, representing Qing Dynasty architecture.

In August 2007, it was designated as a district-level cultural heritage protection site.

The temple is of certain typical significance, providing physical reference for the study of ancient temples and religious culture in Cangshan District.
