Baisha Xinpo Yongfen Yongxiang Ancient Houses

The Jiang Family Ancient Houses (Yongfen Yongxiang Ancient Houses) are situated in the northwest of Xinpo Village, Baisha Town, Minhou County. They were first constructed in the first year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1736) and occupy a total area of about 10,000 square meters. The complex features five successive courtyards, each with a row of ornamental halls built along its western side.

Xinpo Village: Xinpo Village is located to the northeast of Basha Town. It has 896 mu of arable land, 1,811 mu of forested land, 500 mu of private plots, and a population of 928 people, organized into five production teams. Around 95% of the villagers bear the surname Jiang.

Xinpo Village is bordered by green hills to the west; connected to Makeng to the south; adjacent to Shangzhai Village and Xitou Village to the east; and linked to Linbing Village to the north. The village boasts a greening rate of over 85%, with 95% of its main roads paved.
