Panshi Mountain Site is a municipal cultural relics protection unit of Fuzhou.

[200m northeast of Panshi Village, Xindian Town · Bronze Age–Han Dynasty · Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit] was discovered in January 1988. The site covers an area of over 10,000 square meters. Collected artifacts include sandy red pottery, sandy gray pottery, clay gray pottery, clay red pottery, clay gray-black pottery, and gray hard pottery shards. Gray hard pottery shards make up the majority, with some hard pottery surfaces coated with a thin glaze. The pottery shard decorations feature cord marks, string patterns, mat patterns, basket weave patterns, rice character patterns, thundercloud patterns, etc. Identifiable vessel shapes include cauldrons, jars, and dou (food vessels).

Xindian Town: Xindian Town, the birthplace of Fuzhou’s historic and cultural city, is a key town in Jin’an District, Fuzhou. Located at Fuzhou’s northern gateway, it spans 48.29 square kilometers, governs 28 administrative villages and 3 community neighborhood committees, and has a population of over 80,000. It is a designated new urban district of Fuzhou, adjacent to the Fujian Provincial Government Administrative Center, the Provincial Sports Center, and the central business district on Wusi Road.
