Fuqing Guild Hall

The Fuqing Guild Hall is a municipal cultural heritage site of Fuzhou.

The Fuqing Guild Hall is located at No. 30 Fuqingguan Lane, Taijiang District, covering an area of 500 square meters. It features a stage, corridors, and a shrine, all enclosed by blue brick walls with exposed mortar. The shrine has three bays in both width and depth, topped with a double-sloped roof.

It was built in the early 20th century with funds raised by local merchants from Rongcheng and overseas Chinese relatives. The building covers about 500 square meters, has two courtyards, and includes a stage, corridors, and a shrine. It was occupied during the Cultural Revolution, and the factory moved out in 2002. The building was fully renovated in 2006.

On February 15, 2016, it was designated as part of the seventh batch of municipal-level cultural heritage sites. Protected area: east to Fuzhou Candy Factory, west to — Li, south to Liuzhou River, north to Juyoulou Restaurant.

Yingzhou Subdistrict: Yingzhou Subdistrict is located in the southeastern part of Taijiang District, bordered by Ao’feng Bridge to the east, Yingzhou River to the west, the Min River to the south, and Guangming Port to the north. Covering an area of 2.2 square kilometers, it had a population of 45,600 in 2004. It governs 7 communities. The Min River Bridge and Ao’feng Bridge run north-south.
