Located in Dianqian Village, Luozhou Town, Cangshan District, it was built in the 19th year of the Jiaqing reign during the Qing Dynasty (1814). There are four buildings in total, currently situated at No. 2, 3, 4, and 5 Jiangqiancheng. No. 2 was originally named “Cishu Xuan” (Hall of Imperial Books) and served as the place where Chen Ruolin stored imperial books. Constructed with earth and wood, it is a two-story building — the second floor has been destroyed, but the first floor still remains. No. 3 is connected to No. 2 and is commonly known as the “Three-Row-Old House” (with three bays in width), featuring fire walls on both sides. Together, the two houses cover a total area of 1,027 square meters. No. 4 is built with earth and wood, and has two courtyards; the main hall of the front courtyard is three bays wide and four bays deep, with fire walls on both sides, covering an area of 650 square meters. No. 5 also has two courtyards; the main hall of the front courtyard is three bays wide and four bays deep, with fire walls on both sides, covering an area of 660 square meters. In front of the houses, there is a spacious stone-paved courtyard, facing a river.

On February 15, 2016, it was announced as part of the seventh batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Dianqian Village: The administrative area of Dianqian Village covers 0.7 square kilometers, with a total population of 1,792 people and 610 households. In 2010, the total output value of the village was 281 million yuan, including 2.19 million yuan from agriculture, 233.4 million yuan from industry, and 45.41 million yuan from the tertiary sector. The village’s fiscal revenue exceeded 500,000 yuan, and the per capita net income was 5,029 yuan.
