Qidie Hot Springs is located in Xieyang Village, Tazhuang Town, Minqing County, 75 kilometers from Fuzhou, 38 kilometers from the county seat, and only 12 kilometers away from the famous historic residences of Honglin Courtyard and Silexuan. Situated at an altitude of 400 meters, it is surrounded by mountains, lush forests, fresh air, and beautiful scenery. The hot spring outlet is over 400 meters above sea level, making it the highest developed hot spring in Fujian Province and a remarkable sight among high-altitude hot springs.

The first phase of the Qidie Hot Springs project invested 120 million yuan. It will be developed into a comprehensive hot spring resort integrating wellness, leisure and entertainment, dining and accommodation, conference hosting, and agricultural tourism. The hot spring theme is built along the mountain, featuring over 50 large, medium, and small hot spring pools including open-air pools, themed wooden cottage pools, and VIP indoor pools. The pools are equipped with state-of-the-art hydrotherapy facilities, as well as water slides, children’s swimming pools, and standard swimming pools. The hot spring water temperature is 48°C, with a daily flow of over 2,000 tons. It is a neutral to slightly alkaline sodium bicarbonate spring, containing more than 10 types of trace elements beneficial to the human body such as silicon, lithium, strontium, fluorine, radon, zinc, boron, and selenium. Among them, the content of metasilicic acid and fluorine both meet the national standards for medical thermal mineral water, and it has a relatively high level of radon, offering therapeutic benefits for arthritis, nervous system diseases, cardiovascular diseases, gout, skin conditions, and more. It is truly a beauty-enhancing and health-boosting hot spring. Qidie Hot Springs has 68 sets of hydrotherapy equipment that can provide therapeutic and wellness effects through acupressure.
