Located at No. 151 Zhongping Road, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City, within the Fujian Provincial Shipping Co., Ltd. The old building faces south and is primarily a two-story blue-brick structure with an elevated ground floor. The main hall is three bays wide and four columns deep, featuring a post-and-lintel frame and a flush-gable roof. This building is a typical representative of the Republican-era architecture in the region. It adopts a blend of Chinese and Western architectural styles, with Western-style exteriors and traditional Chinese interiors, creating many exquisite decorative elements.
