The Gutian Guild Hall is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Fujian Province.

Gutian Guild Hall

Located at Wucuoting (now No. 2 Tongde Road), Gongqian Road, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City. It was jointly funded and built by merchants from Gutian County in the fourth year of the Republic of China (1915) and later underwent renovation. Covering an area of 460 square meters, it faces south with its back to the north. Inside the entrance are, in sequence, a stage, a courtyard, a central hall, a main hall, and two-story wing rooms on the west side. The main hall is three bays wide and four bays deep, featuring a double-eaved hip-and-gable roof, a post-and-lintel structure with reduced columns, and both the main and central halls have caisson ceilings adorned with exquisite carvings. The lintel is inlaid with a stone plaque inscribed with “Tianhou Palace.” A stone stele recording the fundraising and construction of the guild hall is embedded in the wall foundation inside the hall, measuring 1.91 meters in both height and width.
