The Longshan Song Dynasty Well is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Fuqing.

The Longshan Song Dynasty Well is located in the middle section of Lique Street, Longshan Subdistrict, and dates back to the Song Dynasty.

In 1988, the Longshan Song Dynasty Well was designated as a county-level cultural heritage site.

Longshan Subdistrict: Officially established on December 30, 2006, Longshan Subdistrict was named after the “Longshan Park” located within its jurisdiction. The establishment of the subdistrict is a result of the rapid urban economic development in Fuqing, a response to the growing need for standardized community development, and an effective measure to advance the strategy of transforming villages into urban neighborhoods, optimize resource allocation, and alleviate conflicts between population and land use. The founding of the subdistrict office will play a significant role in promoting the urbanization process of Fuqing and accelerating the pace of building a moderately prosperous society.
