Houye Village is a medium-sized administrative village under Gangtou Town, Fuqing City. It is situated in the southeastern part of Fuqing City, approximately 30 kilometers from the city center. To the east, it is 3 kilometers away from Chenku Administrative Village; to the west, it borders the Xinghua Bay sea area; to the south, it neighbors Yupan Administrative Village; and to the north, it adjoins Zhanyang Administrative Village. The village covers an area of 8.5 square kilometers. Currently, the village has 17 villager groups, administers one natural village (Nanlin Village), and has a population of 758 households, totaling 2,546 people, including 32 Party members. The village’s “two committees” consist of 6 members, along with 2 reserve cadres.
