The Guihu Er-San Revolutionary Memorial Hall is located in Gutou Village, Guihu Longtou, Huanxi Town, Jin'an District, Fuzhou.

During the Great Revolution period, in the Guihu area of Huanxi Town, Jin'an District, in the northern suburbs of Fuzhou, progressive youths represented by Zhang Changgong carried out revolutionary struggles under the leadership of the Party, established a Soviet red political power, and dealt a powerful blow to the rule of the Kuomintang. Since the events took place in the 23rd year of the Republic of China (1934), it is called the Er-San Revolution.

The Guihu Er-San Revolution began in the spring of 1934 and ended in the summer of 1936. Though it did not last long, the revolutionary seeds it sowed quickly spread like wildfire. To commemorate the revolutionary martyrs, with the support of the CPC Jin'an District Committee and the People's Government of Jin'an District, the CPC Huanxi Town Committee and the People's Government of Huanxi Town built the Guihu Er-San Revolutionary Memorial Hall in Gutou Village, Guihu, with a construction area of about 300 square meters.

The Guihu Er-San Revolutionary Memorial Hall was designated as a suburban cultural relic protection unit by the Suburban People's Government in December 1986, and in July 1984, it was announced as a suburban patriotic education base by the CPC Suburban District Committee and the Suburban People's Government.

Huanxi Town: Huanxi Town is located in the northeast of Jin'an District, Fuzhou, covering an area of 133 square kilometers. It governs 24 village committees with a population of over 13,000, comprising the Han and She ethnic groups. Huanxi enjoys a superior geographical location. The town government is only 13 kilometers from the city center, and the Xin-Dong Line (formerly National Highway 104) runs through the town for 11 kilometers, making it the mountainous town in Fuzhou closest to the urban area and with the most convenient transportation.
