The former site of the three branch hospitals of the Red Army General Hospital in Luoyuan is a classic red tourism attraction.

The former site of the three branch hospitals of the Red Army General Hospital in Luoyuan is located in Xunyu, Beishan, and Waiyang villages in Songshan Town, Luoyuan County.

In 1934, during the Red Army's Northern Expedition to resist Japan and while marching through Lianluo and capturing Luoyuan City, three branch hospitals of the Red Army General Hospital were set up in Xunyu, Beishan, and Waiyang villages in Songshan Town, Luoyuan County, to accommodate and treat around 200 wounded and sick Red Army soldiers. Yang Caiheng, Chief of Staff of the Min Dong Independent Regiment (originally the 13th Independent Regiment), also recovered here from his injuries. The Xunyu branch was located on Xunyu Island within Xunyu Village, treating over 70 wounded Red Army soldiers. This area was originally an isolated island surrounded by sea, serving as a natural gateway to Luoyuan Bay. The Beishan branch was situated at the Linzunwang Temple in Beishan Village, treating more than 70 wounded Red Army soldiers. It has been recently renovated. The Waiyang branch was established at Ruiyun Temple south of Waiyang Village, treating over 60 wounded Red Army soldiers. With the support and cooperation of the local Party organization and the broader community, these wounded soldiers received timely medical care, fully recovered, and returned to their revolutionary duties.

The original Xunyu branch was housed in a civilian house within Xunyu Village, which has since been demolished. The original Beishan branch was located at the Linzunwang Temple in Beishan Village; the old building was demolished and rebuilt, and it is now in good condition. The original Waiyang hospital was situated at Ruiyun Temple in Waiyang Village; the original site still exists, covering an area of about 1,600 square meters, with a brick-concrete structure. The temple has undergone expansion and renovation in recent years.
