Jingfeng Temple is located in Jingfeng Town, Hui'an County. Built in the third year of the Xiantong era of the Tang Dynasty (861 AD), the temple complex consists of a series of structures including the Guanyin Hall, Li Xian Ancestral Hall, Wenchang Ancestral Hall, and Sanbao Hall. Jingfeng Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Hui'an County. In 1958, it was established as the Jingfeng Administrative Area of Feiyue Commune; in 1961, it became Jingfeng Commune; in 1984, it was restructured as a township; and in 1992, it was upgraded to a town. Located in the eastern part of the county, it is 18 kilometers from the county seat, covering an area of 31 square kilometers with a population of 60,000. The Hui (An) Lian (Cheng) Highway runs through the entire area. It administers 18 village committees: Hujie, Songcun, Ducuo, Chengqian, Dunbei, Dunzhong, Dunkou, Shitou, Nanwei, Jingbei, Yangbian, Dongyang, Jingnan, Shanqian, Chituwei, Qianlu, Lianfeng, and Wuqun.
