Jingfeng Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Hui'an County. In 1958, it was established as the Jingfeng Administrative District of Feiyue Commune, renamed Jingfeng Commune in 1961, became a township in 1984, and was upgraded to a town in 1992. It is located in the eastern part of the county, 18 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 31 square kilometers, it has a population of 60,000. The Hui(An)–Lian(Cheng) Highway runs through the entire territory. It administers 18 village committees: Hujie, Songcun, Ducuo, Chengqian, Dunbei, Dunzhong, Dunnan, Shitou, Nanwei, Jingbei, Yangbian, Dongyang, Jingnan, Shanqian, Chituwei, Qianlu, Lianfeng, and Wuqun.
