The Xitah Grape Valley in Fu'an’s Muyun Township, a newly opened 2A-level tourist attraction, features eco-agricultural sights such as wild thorn grapes and Muyang honey peaches, as well as cultural elements including She ethnic group folk songs, vine bridges, and ancient post pavilions. A particularly notable feature is a five-kilometer-long grape valley shaded by greenery and dotted with babbling streams, making it an ideal summer retreat. In early summer, during the grape flowering and fruit-setting season, the vine-covered trellises in the Xitah Village Grape Valley of Muyun She Ethnic Township in Fu'an City are already lush and leafy, providing ample shade, while clear streams flow beneath, creating a truly enchanting scene.

"The She spirit is a treasure. The four ancestral teachings say it well: First, the poor must seek change—without clothes or food, do not beg. Second, do not marry out if you feel ashamed—avoid being bullied and insulted. Third, prefer humiliation to submission—be a just and honorable people. Fourth, never betray a friend—uphold integrity and avoid becoming unprincipled. These ancestral teachings of the She people have been passed down to this day, and every principle must be remembered clearly." This is the "She Ancestral Teaching" posted on the wall of the Xitah Village cultural room, prominently displayed.

The She people refer to themselves as "Shanha," meaning "guests living in the mountains." Xitah is a predominantly Lan-surname village inhabited solely by the She ethnic group. Descendants of the founding ancestors of the Lan clan migrated here from Chaozhou, Guangdong, in the 16th century and have lived here for over 400 years. Through generations of change, the She people of Xitah have remained true to their ancestral teachings, overcoming hardships with self-reliance and carving out a prosperous homeland of their own. "Since liberation until now, not a single person in Xitah Village has ever broken the law, not even a single public security case has occurred. You can go to the authorities to check," said Wu Tinglu, the village Party secretary, with conviction.
