Kuiguang Pavilion is located on the golden summit of Jinshan, south of Lianchi Square in Fu'an City. Its original construction date is unknown, but the existing structure was rebuilt in the 10th year of the Tongzhi reign (1871). It is dedicated to the god of literature, Kui Xing. The pavilion has three floors, covering an area of 160 square meters. It faces south and has an octagonal floor plan, featuring a post-and-lintel wooden frame, a pyramidal roof, and a swallowtail ridge. Eight inner columns extend directly to the roof, while eight inner eave columns go up to the third floor to serve as railing posts, and eight outer eave columns reach the second floor for the same purpose. A wooden staircase is set behind the screen wall on the northern side of the ground floor. The corner eaves are adorned with intricately carved angle fish, hanging lamps, and elephant trunks. It was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit in July 2004.
