The Tomb of Chen Yongchang is a cultural relic protection unit of Fu'an City.

The Tomb of Chen Yongchang is located in Pengyang Village, Kangcuo Township, Fu'an City. It dates back to the 28th year of the Guangxu reign during the Qing Dynasty (1902) and is classified as an ancient tomb.

Located in Pengyang Village, Kangcuo Township, the tomb belonged to Chen Yongchang (1828–1858), courtesy name Jiyuan, art name Fenggeng, a native of Longping, Fu'an City, who served as an assistant magistrate in Qiantang County, Zhejiang Province. The tomb faces west and is constructed of stone in a “wind” character shape, covering an area of approximately 180 square meters. The tomb mound is built of stone, measuring 8 meters in width and 20 meters in depth, with a front terrace. The entire burial site is paved with granite stones. In front of the tomb mound stands a tomb epitaph, 0.8 meters high and 0.4 meters wide, with the inscription composed by “Li Fangqi, selected as a county magistrate and a Juren (successful candidate in the imperial examinations) of the Bingzi year (1867), awarded the title of Wenlin Lang by imperial decree.” About 100 meters in front of the tomb is a five-ridged stone pavilion. At the back wall of the pavilion is embedded a tomb path stele from the 28th year of the Guangxu reign (1902), with a flat top, 1.8 meters high and 0.8 meters wide. The overall structure of the tomb is carved and laid with bluestone, and it is currently the only one of its kind, holding significant reference value for the study of Qing Dynasty tomb architecture. In 2004, it was designated as one of the first batch of cultural relic sites in Fu'an City by the Fu'an Municipal Bureau of Culture and Sports.

On February 20, 2013, the Fu'an Municipal People's Government announced it as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit in the fifth batch.
