Located at the end of Héyǔ Village in Xiàbáishí Town, it was originally built during the Ming Dynasty, renovated during the Jiaqing era of the Qing Dynasty (1796–1820), and its entrance was constructed in the 38th year of the Republic of China (1949). Oriented from the southeast to the northwest, it is a brick-and-wood structured, courtyard-style building with a total width of 15.5 meters and a total depth of 16.6 meters, covering a floor area of 257.3 square meters. The central axis consists sequentially of a gate tower and the main hall. The gate tower’s large door is recessed inward within the wall of Liáncūn, forming an octagonal passageway, with well-preserved lime carvings and colored paintings on both side walls and the lintel of the gate. The main hall features a post-and-lintel and bracket-arm construction, with a flush-gable roof, five bays in width, and seven columns in depth. The middle bay has the central and golden columns removed. Inside, there is a shrine platform made of stone-carved Sumeru pedestals, enshrining the Five Manifestations Emperor. The left side chamber enshrines Goddess Linshui, with its stone pedestal connected to that of the main hall. It is a well-preserved palatial building from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, holding significant research value.

On February 20, 2013, the People’s Government of Fu’an City designated it as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.
