The Former Residence of the Li Family in Yangshang is a cultural heritage site protected by Fu'an City.

The Former Residence of the Li Family in Yangshang is located in Yangshang Community, Yangtou Subdistrict, Fu'an City. It dates back to the Xianfeng era (1851–1861) of the Qing Dynasty and is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

It is located at No. 28, Yangcuoxia, Yangshang Community, Yangtou Subdistrict. Originally built during the Xianfeng era (1851–1861) of the Qing Dynasty, it faces west and is a single-courtyard, brick-and-wood structured building with a single row of rooms. The total width is 24.83 meters, the depth is 27.81 meters, and the total area is 690.5 square meters. The layout includes, in sequence, a gate wall, porch, courtyard, side corridors, main hall, and rear courtyard, all enclosed by fireproof walls. The main hall is seven bays wide and three bays deep, featuring a post-and-lintel wooden frame and a double-eave, hanging-hip roof. The central bay is divided into front and rear halls by a folding screen. The front eaves columns are adorned with three-tiered bracket arms supporting the overhanging rafters. The front porch has a coffered ceiling. The left and right gables of the porch are topped with round roofs. The fireproof walls are constructed from hollow brickwork. This building uses large materials, with tall and solid walls, representing the architectural ideals of the affluent residents in Yangtou, a historically commercial area. It holds certain value for the study of late Qing Dynasty residential architecture and historical culture. In 2004, it was designated as one of the first cultural heritage sites in Fu'an City by the Fu'an Municipal Bureau of Culture and Sports.

On February 20, 2013, the Fu'an Municipal People's Government announced it as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Yangtou Subdistrict: Located in the southwest of Fu'an City, Yangtou Subdistrict is a beautiful small island surrounded by the Fuchun Stream and Gu Lake, covering an area of 1.85 square kilometers with a population of nearly 20,000. Approved by the municipal government in 1991, it now administers six communities: Yangshang, Yangzhong, Yangquan, Yanghe, and Guangxing.
