The Site of the Revolutionary Committee of Xili Township is located at No. 2, Xili Village, Guangming Township, Jiangle County.

On June 22, 1931, Peng Xuefeng, political commissar of the 6th Division of the Red 3rd Army Corps, was ordered to lead the 7th Regiment of the 6th Division from Taining to Jiangle. In Guangming Township, they eliminated over 500 bandits of the Luo Hongbiao gang. Subsequently, the Red Army penetrated deep into Guangming Township to mobilize the masses to fight local tyrants, raise grain and funds, and establish organizations such as peasant associations, poor peasants' groups, Red Guards, and guerrilla units. On June 25, the 7th Regiment of the 6th Division established the first township-level Soviet regime in Jiangle — the Revolutionary Committee of Xili Township, West District, Jiangle. The chairman was Liao Chengming, the vice-chairman was Bai Zonghui, and the leader of the guerrilla unit was Bai Zongqu. The office of the Revolutionary Committee was set up in Bai Zonghui’s home. In the 1970s, the wooden walls on both sides of the entrance gate of this civilian house still retained a group of slogans painted by the Red Army. The content included “The Ten Crimes of the Kuomintang,” “The Ten Policies of the Communist Party,” “Peasants, fight the local tyrants and divide the land,” “Warlords fight for promotion and wealth; soldiers fight and die in vain; the Red Army fights to divide the land,” “Welcome brothers of the defense corps to return home and divide the land,” “Workers form class-based trade unions, peasants form poor peasants’ groups,” “No rent, no debt, no grain, no taxes, no [payment of] exorbitant taxes and levies,” “Divide the land by taking from the rich and giving to the poor, taking from fertile fields to supplement barren ones,” “Establish a Soviet government of workers, peasants, and soldiers for ourselves,” and other Red Army slogans, signed “Propaganda Team of the 7th Regiment, 6th Division, 3rd Red Army Corps.”

The original site of the Revolutionary Committee of Xili Township was the ancestral home of the Bai Zonghui family, a two-story civil structure made of earth and wood. It faced an open courtyard in the front, backed by green mountains, with rice fields on the left and neighboring civilian houses on the right. The original building was demolished and rebuilt in the 1970s, leaving only a partial remnant of the ancestral home. Due to years of neglect, the wooden components have rotted.
