The Xiyang Ridge Ancient Trail is located in Shuidong Village, Linjiang Town, Pucheng County, dating back to the Tang Dynasty.
The Xiyang Ridge Ancient Trail has been designated as a county-level cultural heritage site.
Shuidong Village: Shuidong Village is situated at the intersection of National Highway 205 and Provincial Highway Huachong Line, bordered by the Linjiang River to the south. It enjoys a favorable living environment, with a current population of 2,065 people, comprising four natural villages and 15 villager groups. The village covers an arable land area of 3,450 mu and mountainous forest area of 4,550 mu. In 2013, the per capita income was 7,680 yuan, with over 450 laborers working outside the village. The annual village fiscal revenue was about 80,000 yuan. The main industries include grain production, flue-cured tobacco cultivation, and the production of Osmanthus fragrans.
