Xiangsheng Rock

Xiangsheng Rock is part of the Tianyou Peak Scenic Area, facing Yunwo across a stream and standing opposite Wugang to the east, forming a trumpet-shaped valley. On the northern bank facing the valley, clusters of towering peaks stand closely together. The laughter of visitors echoes back and forth between the valley and the cliffs on the northern bank, lasting for a long time. This is how Xiangsheng Rock got its name.

Xiangsheng Rock faces Yunwo across a stream. It is also known as "Echoing Valley" because the calls and laughter of visitors can be clearly heard echoing back. The rock surface is covered with numerous inscriptions, including three pieces written by Zhu Xi, such as "Thus passes all things."

Beneath the rock lies a stone leaning by the stream, called Inkfish Stone; to the right of the rock is another stone called Crow Stone, which juts across the stream, forming a dangerous shoal named "Crow Shoal."
