The Minbei Revolutionary History Memorial Hall is a classic red tourism destination and a patriotic education base.

The Minbei Revolutionary History Memorial Hall was established and opened to the public in 1988, covering a total area of 3,293.7 square meters with a total construction area of 3,680.54 square meters. The hall was inscribed by the former Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. In April 1994, it was listed as a Youth Revolutionary Tradition Education Base by the Communist Youth League Fujian Provincial Committee; in October 1997, it was designated as a Fujian Provincial Patriotic Education Base.

Located in the scenic Lenin Park in the city center, about 15 kilometers from the resort area, the hall is a Song Dynasty-style building facing south and nestled among centuries-old trees and pines. The exhibition space is divided into three sections: the main hall, exhibition rooms, and calligraphy and painting hall. It displays over 200 precious revolutionary relics and 265 images, presenting a vivid and comprehensive portrayal of the glorious revolutionary journey of the people of Northern Fujian under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, through the tides of the Great Revolution, the smoke of the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the flames of the War of Resistance against Japan, and the thunder of the Liberation War.

The memorial hall enjoys convenient access with well-connected transportation nearby.
