Wuyi Snake Park is located within the scenic area of Wuyishan City, covering an area of 18 acres. It is currently one of the largest mimetic snake parks in China and is known as a "microcosm of the kingdom of snakes." Visiting the snake park allows you to learn about the evolution of snakes, their species, snake culture, snakebite prevention and treatment, the relationship between snakes and humans, and enhances awareness of ecological conservation.

The Wuyishan City Wuyi Snake Research Institute is the only enterprise in Fujian Province that specializes in snake research, breeding and domestication, tourism, culture, medical treatment, training, product development, processing, and trade, integrating all these aspects as a "provincial science and technology enterprise." In recognition of the institute’s outstanding contributions and professional standing in the fields of snake research and snakebite treatment, it has been awarded titles such as "Provincial Science and Technology Enterprise," "Provincial Science Education Base," and "National Science Teaching Base for Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University" by the Provincial Association for Science and Technology. The municipal government has also honored it with titles such as "Advanced Science and Technology Unit" and "Civilized Unit." It enjoys considerable renown within China’s snake breeding industry. To date, the institute has obtained five national patents, has been repeatedly recognized as a "Contract-Abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise" in Nanping City, and its products have been listed as "Recommended Products" by the Nanping Consumer Council, along with being awarded the title of "Municipal Civilized Unit." Over thirty leaders from central, provincial, and municipal governments have visited and provided positive feedback and praise, and numerous national media outlets, including CCTV programs such as "Wealth Made Easy," "Science and Technology Garden," "Tales of Wealth," "Journey Through China," "Encyclopedia Exploration," and "Rural Vows," have reported on the institute.
