The Wuyi Xiangjiang Mingyuan Tea Culture Sightseeing Park spans 170 acres with a total construction area of over 60,000 square meters. It features the Wuyi Tea Culture Expo Hall, an automated tea refining production line, a famous tea cultivars garden, a traditional handmade tea workshop, the Mingxiang Lake central courtyard water feature, the Tea Lovers’ House, the Melody Corridor, the Tea Tasting Pavilion, the Tea Challenge Hall, a teahouse, and a product exhibition hall among other attractions. The park is covered in lush tea plantations, and its uniquely local, tea culture-inspired architecture is thoughtfully arranged amid flower corridors, winding paths, ponds, and waterside pavilions. Reflecting the philosophy of harmony between man and nature, it showcases a classical Jiangnan-style garden landscape with green plants, blue skies, clear waters, and distinctive charm. It serves as a large-scale comprehensive tea culture experience and leisure tourism destination integrating tea planting, automated processing and production, quality inspection, tea product displays, R&D, and eco-cultural tourism within the tea industry.

Wuyi Tea Culture Expo Hall

Through models, images, physical objects, and text presented in various exhibition rooms—such as Famous Teas and Famous Mountains, Famous Teas and Health, Famous Teas and Teacups, Famous Teas and Celebrities, and Famous Teas and Folklore—the hall showcases the long and rich history of Wuyi Rock Tea, playing a role in education, promotion, publicity, and the celebration of Wuyi tea culture.

Oolong Tea Refining Automated Production Line

The Oolong Tea Refining Automated Production Line is a custom-made production facility developed by Wuyi Xiangjiang Tea Industry Co., Ltd. based on the production and crafting techniques of oolong tea. It combines traditional Chinese oolong tea-making methods with modern mechanical production processes. Designed to national standards and aligned with international practices, the line is constructed entirely from closed stainless steel to ensure that tea leaves do not touch the ground during processing. It integrates full-electric energy-saving technology with hygienic and environmentally friendly features, achieving fully automated production through computer-controlled systems. Each product undergoes rigorous testing to meet national health standards and food safety regulations before leaving the factory. Every effort is made with one goal in mind: to produce tea that consumers can trust.

Famous Cultivars Garden

Built according to the planting and management techniques of Wuyi Mountain tea fields, this terraced, potted-plant-style ecological garden of famous tea cultivars serves as both a tea research and cultivation base and an interactive tea garden for visitors. It offers opportunities for sightseeing, photography, sketching, and tea-picking experiences.

Traditional Handmade Tea Craftsmanship Display

Tea masters provide professional on-site explanations about the basics of identifying, picking, and making Wuyi Rock Tea, demonstrating the traditional handmade crafting technique of Da Hong Pao, a national intangible cultural heritage. Visitors can participate and interact, experiencing the joy of tea-making firsthand.

Mingxiang Lake Central Courtyard Water Feature

Clear spring water cascading down from the back mountain forms a meandering stream that flows into the central courtyard lake, symbolizing the long and enduring history of tea culture. The lake water reflects the surrounding scenery, creating a play of light and shadow—real and unreal, coexisting in harmony—to craft a captivating natural landscape.

Melody Corridor

The winding corridor in the garden curves like the Nine-Bend River, offering ever-changing views at every step. With lake and mountain scenery blending in, it exudes a unique charm.

Tea Challenge Hall

The Tea Challenge Hall features a tea competition table with a diameter of about 10 meters, in the center of which stands a towering 10-meter-tall tea stove and teapot. It can accommodate up to 100 people for tea tasting while enjoying exciting tea competition performances. The second-floor teahouse provides a tranquil and high-end tea tasting space where participants can observe, learn, engage, and sip, immersing themselves in a refined yet accessible tea culture experience.

Product Exhibition Hall

Through continuous technological innovation and R&D, Xiangjiang has developed numerous premium tea products based on its original famous cultivars: Purebred Da Hong Pao, Neiguidong Tie Luohan, Zhongguyan Rougui, Loutiyan Shuixian, Shuilian Dong Que She, Yuhua Dong Baishou Xiang, Qishan Xueli, and more. Products like Haixi No. 1 and Xigua No. 1 have spearheaded the “No. 1” trend in Wuyi Rock Tea, writing new chapters in the development history of Wuyi Rock Tea.

In 2015, Wuyi Xiangjiang Mingyuan was awarded the title of “Fujian Province’s First Batch of Sightseeing Factories.”

In 2016, Wuyi Xiangjiang Mingyuan was rated as a “National AAAA-Level Tourist Attraction.”
