Wuyi Subdistrict: Wuyi Subdistrict is situated in the central-southern part of Wuyishan City, Nanping, Fujian Province. It borders Shangmei Township to the east, Xingtian Town to the south, Xingcun Town to the west, and Yangzhuang Township to the north. The Chongyang Stream runs from north to south, converging with the Meixi Stream to the east and the Huangbai Stream to the north at Jiaoting Village before flowing into the Chongyang Stream. The terrain is relatively flat, with two-thirds of the area consisting of hilly regions. The highest peak is Lufeng, which stands at an elevation of 927 meters. The name of Wuyi Subdistrict Office follows ancient usage, though the jurisdiction has slightly changed. In the 29th year of the Republic of China, it was listed as an experimental township.
