Da'an Village: Known as the Red Capital of Northern Fujian, Da'an Village is situated in Yangzhuang Township, Wuyishan City, in the northernmost part of Fujian Province, 22 kilometers from the city center. Nestled at the southern foot of Fenkou Pass, which marks the border between Fujian and Jiangxi provinces, and at the base of Huanggang Mountain — known as the "Roof of East China" with an elevation of 2,158 meters — the area is surrounded by towering peaks and rugged terrain, historically a strategic military stronghold. The village covers an area of 174 square kilometers, with forested land spanning 243,000 mu. It currently comprises 25 villager groups, with 529 households and a population of 1,843.
